Val Kilmer seems to have developed quite the ego over the years. The actor was allegedly branded a “pompous jerk” on a recent flight, according to one angry passenger.
Kilmer was on board an American Eagle flight from NYC to DC and was anything but personable.
A source told the National Enquirer: “He refused to speak or make eye contact with anyone. At one point, the flight attendant asked if he’d like anything to drink and Val ignored the guy, leaving his male assistant to answer for him. He was such a rude, pompous jerk.”
While this is all hearsay, Kilmer has been given this label during prior supposed encounters. Seemingly, either someone has is out for the actor and keeps making things up, or the tales are true.
On a side note, Kilmer joked about the fact that he would love to act in comedy flicks. The “Wonderland” star griped: “I want Owen Wilson’s life. I’d do nothing but comedies for the next five years if I could.”
From the look of things, Kilmer may have to learn to brighten up before the comedy role offers start coming in!
