The “Good Will Hunting” stud and his “Alias” wife/babymamma have reportedly purchased a $16 million home in Los Angeles’ Brentwood neighborhood.
And it’s a biggin’ with a massive 9,900 sq ft living space perched on just under an acre of land. With 7 bedrooms, 7 full bathrooms, 6 fireplaces, a wine cellar, a library and a 3-car garage, their housekeeper will be plenty busy.
One of the highlights of the home is the his-and-hers master bathrooms (Affleck’s is decked out in dark marble, while Garner’s is outfitted with amber tile).
And they’ve lucked out in the neighbor department, as drama-free celebrities Ricki Lake and Tobey Maguire live nearby.
