The “Seabiscuit” stud was spotted out to dinner with his lovely wife Jennifer Meyer at Madeo restaurant in Los Angeles when he handed out a serious tongue lashing to a swarming shutterbug.
Unfortunately for Mr. Maguire, the whole thing was caught on camera, and now pictures of him losing his temper are all over the internet.In related news, it sounds like Tobey may be reprising his dual role of Peter Parker/Spider-Man in yet another sequel. According to an inside source, producer Laura Ziskin announced a May 2011 release date for the flick despite the fact that no one has officially signed on yet.
