Yesterday, the Aussie actress was spotted grabbing a cup of coffee at the Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf before heading over to the gym to break a sweat. After her workout, Miss Monk swung back into the Coffee Bean for another cup ‘o joe.
And she had the sporty look going on, opting for a red tank top, a pair of black yoga pants, and white cross trainers.
Later on that night, Sophie was spotted out on the town with none other than American Idol host Ryan Seacrest. They spent two hours dining at an LA sushi restaurant before heading home. And while they looked a bit flustered to be photographed together, you could tell they were enjoying each other’s company.
