During her Destiny’s Child days she was a worldwide sensation. And Kelly Rowland is getting back to her international traveling ways with a trip to London, England.
The “Dilemma” songstress was spotted leaving BBC Radio 1 Studios earlier today sporting a t-shirt with a picture of herself and DJ Trevor Nelson that read “Kelly+Trevor 4 Ever” after hosting the 1 Xtra Breakfast show with him.
Throughout her time in London, Kelly says she’s really enjoyed the city and everything it has to offer. Everything, that is, except for the weather.
Miss Rowland told press, “I get a lot of inspiration when I come to London, there’s so much energy here so hopefully I get a chance to get the vibe, so that’s exciting for me. The weather is really weird, it really is. Yesterday I felt like I experienced like four seasons in one day - it was raining, then it was cold, then it was hot - it was just weird. I’ve never experienced weather like that before.”
And as far as English singers, Kelly has a couple of favorites. “There are so many, you get so much inspiration. I love everybody pretty much, of course Amy Winehouse is amazing, I love how unique and refreshing she is, you also have Adele (who) is amazing. I love Duffy - I love love love love love Duffy. Kate Nash, I love Kate Nash, love love Kate Nash. There are a lot of artists that inspire me here. Ya’all got some good talent here, trust me!”
